How Fares Work
Every Crowborough Airport Taxi fare is fixed and agreed before you travel — we do not run a meter. The price you are quoted for your route and vehicle is the price you pay, whatever the traffic or time of day. The one cost outside our fare is the airport’s own drop-off charge (from £7), which is set and collected by the airport itself at the terminal, not by us. Conflicting fare information anywhere else on the site should defer to the table below.

How to Book
Book by phone on 01892800234 or through the Get Quote form on our homepage — tell us your pickup point, destination airport, flight number, travel date and passenger count, and we will confirm your fixed fare and pickup time. We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for early-morning flights or peak travel periods, though we take bookings for all five airports 24/7.
Flight Delays & Tracking
We track your flight in both directions and adjust your pickup time automatically if it is early or delayed, at no extra charge. You do not need to call us to update your time — we are already watching it, for both departures from Crowborough and collections from the airport on your return.
